What is the major trend you are seeing in your industry?
With businesses placing a renewed focus on operational efficiency – they are increasingly looking towards Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and work management solutions to deliver more business benefits.
PPM solutions allow for the alignment of projects, programmes and resources towards common strategic goals – providing greater visibility and allowing for better decision making. For these solutions to be successful they require organisational change that must be driven and enforced by top management.
PPM solutions are also increasingly catering for the mobile workforce allowing the ability to update data, provide status updates or viewing critical information through multiple devices.
What do you love the most about your job?
Being able to make a difference – teaching organisations and users how to use the Microsoft PPM solution more effectively and configuring the solution in order for an organisation to obtain maximum business value.
